You could look into the Wings Transit Lounge in terminal 3.

Maybe someone can chime in, but if I had 2-3 days to burn I wouldn't do them in PP. I'd rather fly there and then take the bus/van to TayTay and stay at Casa Rosa and do the island hopping. I've also read on the Trip Advisor forums that east of El Nido has great islands as well.
