I am booking LHR-TXL as a BA Holidays booking for 3 adults. It is putting the return seats in S class. There are 8 seats available in CE using Avios. As S class is an upgradeable class, is this the only thing I need to check?

I thought I read somewhere that IT fares (which this would be?) were not upgradeable?
