CX F lounges at HKG also accommodate OWE pax with same day OW departures. One alternative would be to do what QR does at DOH. There's one verrry nice F lounge for QR F pax, and a different (and less nice) "F" lounge for OWEs. This is unpopular among OWEs, but understandably popular with QR F pax.
