Hi, has anyone been recently successful in using an club upgrade certificate at the Ritz Grand Cayman? I was looking for a.week in Aug and the agent said nothing was available. I searched using the z34 (I beleive this is the right) code and didn't find 1 date in sept or even oct. I was wondering if they even make them available. Thanks in advance.
