I have never complained, mostly due to my being staff, but from a few (friendly) conversations with crew after this happening on around 10 longhaul CW flights in a row, it seems that there is a combination of Hermolis (and other non-UK Kosher caterers) delivering the meals to BA super-duper frozen and as a result the crew not realising it will take considerably longer to heat these through than their other meals. As a result, there is often not even enough time to do this and make the meal edible/ not dangerous to eat in the allotted flight and cabin service time. My only advice would be to flag your KSML early to crew on boarding and ask (politely) whether they can put the hot parts in the ovens early to try and get them hot.
All the best and Chag kasher v'sameach (P.S. I, like msm2000uk, noticed your FT name and immediately thought of the Hendon (NW London) kosher supermarket so thought there was an Israeli or Jewish connection)

Thanks so much! Being in Jerusalem and having only one seder (and keeping the fact it was a KSML off my original post to lay lower...) I was able to post this when it was the sabbath by you
Chag kasher vesameach!
