If miles is not too important then OZ on the 777, otherwise NH. I personally prefer NH's hard and soft products, but OZ's is pretty decent.
Unless your company requires you to fly on an US based airline UA should be your last option.
The only reason I would be doing NH/UA is for the additional PQM. But based on all the comments, this is not the best option. The extra miles are good, but probably not worth the stop in SFO/NRT, especially on UA
