Hello all

I am transiting in Dallas in August. I have 12 hours or so - actually make it about 8 or nine once I have dispensed with the airport niceties. I have never been to Texas so was wondering if you had any recommendations? Of particular interest is a good bbq restaurant for lunch! Also are there any sights to see etc?
