I would withdraw from an ATM or change 200Dhs (~55USD) for the roundtrip taxi fare and tips for the hotel staff etc.

I don't usually take the black Merc van airport taxis from AUH (thank you EY Chauffeur!) but for the way back, it's safe to assume that the taxi will not take credit cards.
