You should be fine - most modern electronics (including Apple products) are able to autoswitch between 110v-240v.

Just make sure the charger you plan on plugging into it is also capable of 110v-240v(standard Apple chargers definitely are - I've used them without issue).

In addition many modern adapters come with USB portals so for your iPhone you can just plug it straight into the USB and not even worry about it.
