No issue (and wasn't ever asked) - of course it was clear she wouldn't move (i.e., come into Canada and stay past the allowed time) - as she owned a house, car and had a job in the US.
This is good to hear. My issue at the moment though is that I'm still in college and don't currently have a job or my own property. :/
