Not on its own, no. You can if Gold and travelling on a BA plated 125 ticket and BA codeshare to SYY, which in practical terms means starting your journey in London (or conceivably a few other places like DUB). There is a Priority Pass lounge in GLA (Upper Deck, above the main Duty Free shop).
