GP centre has been confirmed that the memeber's activity is not acceptable. Hence, I've reported his account details to GP centre; GP centre said that they will be investigating it and would be doing some actions to the fraudulent member. However, the fraudulent member still selling the rooms in cash.

I give up to complain and report to [email protected] and [email protected], even emailed to the vice president of Hyatt this stuations.

They said that they already recognised that it is serious problem. Seriously?

GP centre acted on the sidelines on the issue.
Thank you. This is an industry wide problem

I don't want to answer for the OP, but this impacts us all - regardless of brand or loyalty program.

If this person is using status to give others who are not entitled to upgrades and elite benefits, etc., it affects all those who legally earned their benefits.

How do we know someone using "illegal" status is not booked into a property you/one of us is booked it. Could they possibly affect your/others experience/stay?
