I usually take an empty bottle through security and fill up at the water fountains outside the toilets. Sometimes I fill it up from the big bottles in the lounge but feel a bit awkward doing this. BA should provide water fountains/chilled taps in the lounge instead of big glass bottles of mineral water. It would probably be cheaper for them too.
I like the CX@BKK lounge sollution. They have a hot/cold water dispensers next to the coffee machine and the fridge,but at the same time you can ask the bar tender for one of the small bottles of water,which are neatly hidden behind the bar table.
That way they save a lot,as lounge consumption will be from the dispenser and bottles are only given out to those who ask for them to be taken away (and now that they exist ofcourse).
