My guess is that maybe it's still too far in advance to book the DSU. I booked one DSU 3 months in advance and another 2 months in advance there with no problem. They are likely leaving as many suites/rooms as possible open now to maximize potential full revenue stays, and will release them as it gets closer to the peak season based on demand or lack thereof.
Unfortunately, even though these programs are designed to reward loyal, frequent customers, the benefits devalue more and more by the day. Have you tried using frequent flyer miles lately - even worse!
