The concept of space seats was that the outer seats were designed for individuals as they offer slightly more privacy, and the middle seats for couples as they have the middle table.

Personally if I'm traveling by myself I prefer the middle seats, simply because I don't have to have somebody climbing over me to get out, or have to climb over somebody else.

Having said all of that my pick for you would be to stay where you are as there is slightly more leg room due to the bulkhead.
