Booked through Hyatt.com, according to rep their is indeed a separate inventory of suites available for DSUs for P+C rates, despite P+C being an eligible paid rate. Under this system, any Hyatt property could essentially eliminate their suites from being booked on P+C rates by Diamond members. And there is now no way to accurately search for DSU availability since despite EVERY suite in the hotel being open, it still might not be bookable on what Hyatt claims is a paid rate.
