Priceline promises that their boutique properties will have a restaurant. This hotel does not.

The room service is a menu of nearby restaurants with phone numbers to them, no direct connection. There is no charging allowed to your room. And they have no relationship with the restaurants. Priceline promises rooms service for it's boutique properties, thus they have not properly rated this hotel as it does not have room service.

Priceline is not delivering on a product they promise with their OWN descriptions of what they will offer.
