Does anyone know if a cable internet bill is sufficient for proof of residence when the address on your drivers license doesn't match your current address?

When I went through this (my DL address wasn't current) I used a water bill, and brought along a property tax bill just to be safe. I need to switch something to my wife's name for her Global Entry application.
