Paid for 3 seat selections in cw (744 to jfk, done over the phone). Recently noticed that in mmb that the correct seats are listed and stated as confirmed but underneath now says " Seat selection available at check in. Online seat selection is currently unavailable, however you can call us to change your seats".

What goes on here? Do I spell an aircraft change on the way?

Flying with 2 others who both require assistance hence why I stumped up to choose specific seats.

Any thoughts ?
