I could not see this question answered even though I read many threads and blog posts.

If yes, is it possible to change the name and date of birth on the Rapid Rewards account? It says on Southwest's website that you have to call in to do that. I'm not sure if they would like that or put up with it.

I am asking because my father is earning the CP but I would like to use it.
