I love the Ruth's Chris example. I hold most business dinners there and eat there on average once per week. I am positive that my spending is in the top 5 percent for this restaurant. I know the waitstaff by name and they know me. I'm even a well known community figure. I've never been offered as much as a free appetizer for my loyalty. I AM FINE WITH THAT.
