It's possible but unlikely. AA points will take 24-72h to come through, then Gold normally takes around 48h after that.

Tier bonuses are awarded automatically by the system based on the order things come in, but if your next flight 'should have' been given the Gold bonus you can probably ask for it to be manually rectified.
