At my wife's account there is 4000 miles shortage of miles to beek her an award flight.

I on other hand have enough miles on my account, plus points on credit card accounts - DBS, Citi, AMEX MP. But all of those cards are on my name.

So, the question is - is there a way to transfer miles/points from any above mentioned sources to my wife's account without signification fees in the way?
