Don't get your hopes up. I found myself in the same position but couldn't get help for the problem although they did say they are looking in to it. It is particularly aggravating in that I just completed a trip with 6 stays at Choice Hotels. Got the points but no Extras. I eventually realized that I was trying to register my preference on both an IPad and IPhone. None of the browsers worked with them. While at a friend's home, I logged on with his Mac and was successful. Long story short, the website is not fully compatible with iOS devices yet.
