I've never been to Detroit. I like your posts. When I think about an airline's business or policies, I like to think how another industry would handle a similar situation, and usually your opinion matches that. I'm excited to see how millennials will use FF programs. They're not what they used to be.
MSP is cold. I should mention I've only asked people on two concourses and the ticket counter. They all think not upgrading onboard is ridiculous. Other concourses could be different. Not PMNW.
Say what you will about RA and he did have his faults but he does seem like a good people person that knows how to relate. This can make or break you when owning or heading up a business.
