I stayed at this property twice in a weeks time. I had three rooms each stays

Some points about my stays that may or may not help others!

Positives:

Check in staff were very friendly!

Parking is ample

Lounge had decent selection of soft drinks and water with snacks. Beer and wine for a fee. Lounge staff were great!

Lounge food in evening was fantastic!!!

Pool was nice jacuzzi is small but hot.

Not so positives:

Coffee in rooms was expired

Pre allocated rooms were not available at check in, connecting rooms were furnished so the doors were blocked!!!

Sheets had large cigarette burns.

No pool towels were at the pool at any of our visits (6 pool visits over 2 nights) had to go to front desk each time to ask for them.

Trash in hallways overnight (was in hall when we checked in and still there at check out)

Over all it is a nice hotel, alot of little issues arose and the hotel did not take ownership of the problems but rather easily shrugged them off with a apology, GM did reply back to my email with pictures with a rather hard to read reply, lots of grammatical mistakes...

I guess they have alot of complaints so they dont try to fix them!

Alot of people complained about renevation noise but I did not notice any...

Just my thoughts. But it is a good location for shopping and the airport, price is right too... Worth trying out for sure if they just get these small issues fixed.
