Today I finally saw something called Smart Savings after clicking "See More Offers" on my CITI Dividend Mastercard login page.

The CITI Dividend card is cash-back, and instead of a statement credit the 10 offers I saw pay an increased cash-back percentage ranging from 5-10%. All are one-time only offers, and many expiration dates are within the next 30 days. They all also have caps on the amount of cash back. The best of the offers was a 10% back on Hampton stays of $150 and up with a maximum cash back of $50.

These offers have to be added manually, just as you would with AMEX offers. I don't know if there is a limited number available, and I wasn't sure which I would use so I added all 10 of them.

Besides informing you of these new (April 2016) offers I want to stress that there was never as much as an email instructing me to check out "See All Offers" and no big banners on my login page to alert me that these offers even existed. Also, it's not specified which CITI cards have them. I checked everything else in my CITI portfolio, including the various American Airlines cards, and none had these offers.
