Thanks for the comments everyone, they were very useful. I will definitely buy the gum! We visit italy every summer and always rent a car, however, this is first time to amalfi coast. I will be driving toward sorrento so I like that idea! I'll make sure I don't throw my husband out of the car : ). Lol, I taught him how to drive a stick shift.
