We are not a Court or something. While some specific details do need to be clarified to be able to help an OP if it has an incidence on the answer (e.g. the exact delay suffered, who exactly gave a wrong piece of information or how exactly it was phrased if ambiguous, etc), other bits (such as whether someone's check in took 2 hours or 1h30) are, perhaps, not massively consequential?
