BA are capable of cocking it up on occasions but I'm afraid all of this just doesn't add up.
My thoughts are any person or business can and probably will make mistakes. That's just life. It's how they deal with it, that determines whether they stand out or not.
Is it "you are fortunate enough to be flying with anyway?" or "we need to make every customer feel special" type attitude.
