Thanks for the replies. I sounds like it's a no-brainer. Does anyone actually have first hand experience at the Brando?

The cost difference isn't trivial to me ($1600 refund at IC, plus we have to cancel flights to and from Bora Bora and book a flight from Moorea back to Tahiti), but I'm sold on the Brando.
