You sound pretty reasonable. I feel sorry for you and your wife. I hope you kept pictures of everything, take notes, and if you dont get satisfaction maybe that can be used in small claims court. Maybe in small claims court you could get something for your time and that is your leverage here.

Sounds like you need a vacation after all of this. :-)
