I contacted them last year and got them on the phone. They said they won't be covering older products under any warranty.

I used to really enjoy my Valoroso. Still have a very old garment travel bag, virtually indestructible.

Upon hearing that news from the 'new' company,I sold my 22 inch Valoroso roller!

I will never buy from them again!
