Can someone confirm that the Clubrooms at LGW(N) are open and really don't provide free Champagne?

This is what No.1 say about the Clubrooms:

The Clubrooms provides the ultimate jet set departure with its hosted table service, hot seasonal dishes freshly prepared in the kitchen, and wide range of wines, beers and spirits. It’s a tranquil retreat with a personal service to match.

As the highest tier lounge in the No1 collection, Clubrooms offers a sophisticated and understated elegance which is perfect for individuals or groups jetting away for a special trip.

Under the heading "extensive drinks selection" they state: A wide range of complimentary drinks are available including Champagne, Prosecco, wines, beers and premium spirits.
Under "lounge features" they state: "Complimentary Champagne".

A menu has been posted up thread which seem to be the same as the normal No.1 lounge fare plus paid for sparkling wines. Is that really all that the Clubrooms offer?

If access is restricted to F and GCHs/OWEs, it seems hard to see any advantage at all, if what is on offer is the normal No.1 fare in a windowless basement. Indeed, that seems to be inferior to the Library in the main lounge.

Please tell me BA have listened and are now providing free Champagne again for F pax! Surely they haven't prevailed upon No.1 to dilute its flagship lounge with pay-per-glass Champagne?
