I made a booking using my Lloyds 241 voucher (only good for economy bookings) over the phone - it was all a bit messy due to avios.com systems struggling. Now that the dust has settled on that, does anyone know whether I would be able to upgrade the class of travel? Avios.com states that it can change the class of travel on existing bookings. As far as I see it, it would be a straightforward case of paying the full difference in avios for 2 pax to the next class up - ignoring the voucher used originally altogether. But I wondered whether someone here could offer some insight into how amending bookings with avios.com works...?
