Weaker economy
Increased capacity and competition (Skyteam quite aggressive)
FF program devaluation (probably causes consumers to look beyond AC)

And it's not just to Europe. Premium fares to just about everywhere (excluding Australia) are cheap compared to historical prices. Softens the blow of award chart devaluation, that's for sure.
