I wish to consult your knowledge again. I have an upcoming DME-LHR flight in WT that I can upgrade to WTP for 220 pounds.

I never experienced WTP before as I travel in J for long haul and just Y short haul (company policy).

2 questions:
- I am tempted to take this just to experience WTP, would you consider it good value for the quoted price given it is a short flight?
- Can I know the booking class before doing the upgrade? As I am currently booked in fully flex Y and if it would upgrade to discounted WTP it would only gain extra TPs no extra avios. I know the difference in avios will be small but in any case I'd like to be informed.
