The issue here is that AS credit card churners are unprofitable credit card customers.
They should put a stop to it. Give the bonuses/statement credits/companion fares/free nights or whatever the carrot is at the END of each year, after the annual fee is paid.
I can't imagine taking all those things and then cancelling. Many of you might not think there is anything wrong with it, but some of us do.
