T2 is AA/TAM terminal (mostly, other carries operate too). Serves both domestic and international destinations, with lots of flights to North America as all North American airlines operate from here. It is definitely the more modern of the two terminals. Personally I also was notified (My Flights) that my booking in June will depart from T2. Interestingly my return flight in early August is showing as arriving in T1 (it had changed to T2 but reverted back).
