It definitely did change but as you say, it has disappeared from the standards (which strangely seems to often happen nowadays that when you get an update, some standards strangely seem to revert back to how they were before) although if you look in the area where it talks about delivering the pre-paid meal trays, it still makes reference to if customer has not started their second drink to remove the plastic glass as they can use the glass wine glass!
So all very odd.
So I imagine you will see crews doing it both ways, as currently it is very hard to keep up with the constant changes to our service standards!
