How to fix this?
This is one of the most heavily discussed topic at FT. Lots of folks complain about the inconsistency with last minute upgrades, etc.
No one seems to have proposed any real solutions though. Seems to me like YBYL was created to allow flexibility to agents that need it but may be abused sometimes.Understanding there is a lot going on within the last 10 minutes or so before the door closes and gate agents are being measured by on-time departures, what should Delta's process and policy be for upgrades?
