Personally I would check in the bags in T3 first, then go over to T5 and do your AMs back-to-back. That way you don't need to worry about your bags, especially if the AMS is delayed.
Isn't that rather irresponsible advice? What happens if there are problems with the AMS flights and they don't make it back - bags get loaded, pax don't turn up, and the flight is delayed whilst bags are unloaded!
