I have a question regarding booking this rate.

Does one really have to use one of the personalized booking pages of an employee, or can one just use the generic URL, and use any employee name on the form?

Reason I ask is - I like to put someone in the form I actually know, rather than Steve Sickel or some other person who made his F&F page public.

also lets you select an IHG Friends & Family rate - is there any difference between the two? There is in price - but are there occasions where you can use the first and not the second, or vice versa?
