I always thought that when the curtain is moved, they move ET passengers further back immediately, but I understand that that is not the case.
Anyway, I'll keep an eye on the seatmap. Not interested in being close to the curtain as such, but I am interested in row 10 (the only exit row). Most likely scenario is that the curtain will end up somewhere between rows 5 and 9, I think.
People are moved only if a row in ET becomes a CE row. Otherwise, you will keep your seat in the now blocked ET row. Happens to me often in ET when due to the curtain being moved the exit row becomes blocked/unblocked a few times before the flight.
