That’s interesting to know.

I had a schedule change in February for a booking next month. It’s a 125 ticket but the affected flight was an AA one. Thanks to some great help here I got booked onto something that is probably better for me (more TPs and I get to try to transcon). I got an alert on myflights of the change and then I think I also got an email from BA.

I called BA because it’s a 125 ticket, a BA flight number and it’s connecting onto a BA flight that I had UuA’d. If say, SFO-JFK gets cancelled or badly delayed nearer the time, would I be better off calling BA or AA to sort it out?
