[edit] ... I guess this fee has been in place for a while now. Not sure why my Adobe transactions never got the fee until now though, maybe they only recently moved their billing system offshore or something.
That looks like a Foreign Transaction Fee/Cross-Border Fee of 0.8% http://www.hongkongcard.com/forum/fo...w.php?id=11968

Think this rate is set by Mastercard and should be the same for SG and HK
