I have used them twice and have a friend who used them once, all with good results. My main problem with them is that you have to communicate with their Customer Service personnel and book your trip entirely by viewing the "fulfillment" section of their web site and emailing. If your first choice is not available or if you have questions not covered on the web site description of the trip, you may have to go through a series of 8 or 10 volleys (strung out over several days), which could have been avoided by having a one or two minute telephone conversation with a live human being.
