Let's see what Priceline customer service comes up with...
Don't waste your time. Call the Courtyard directly and speak to their accounting office or send a fax to their attention. They will research the issue and credit your card. priceline's customer service department has hold times on the telephone of between 15-45 min. Further, they have no control over what the hotel does (or doesn't do) with your credit card.
