....and the number of times we have had an engineer claim to have fixed a problem using the power off then on "fix" only for the problem to manifest itself again is innumerable. In the past the engineers used to clear faults using the acronym NFF for No Fault Found, we all knew it really mean't Not Flippin* Fixed
