1A/H may have noises/lights from the galley/restrooms but it is a day flight for me from BCN to PHL so that shouldn't be an issue.

I always choose 3H when flying solo. Gets you a little further from the LCD display at the front of row 1 in the middle section for less light to bother you in the middle of the night, and is very quiet.
